All tropical hardwoods are harvested from Managed Forests in the Amazon approved by the Brazilian Government (IBAMA), and are Certified by the Forest Stewardship Council with the Chain of Custody, Approved by Greenpeace, World Wild Life Fund, and the Ecological Society of America.
The tropical wood products can be used in environmentally sensitive wetland areas, watersheds, and coastal marine environments without endangering water supplies or marine life, and their natural durability are gaining reputation for being durable in environments where standard pressure treated softwood products fail.
