Mr. Gonzalez is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Washington and Oregon, MBA, with 24 years of experience working in the US, Canada, Europe, Latin America, of which 16 years was in the Electric Utility Industry (Puget Sound Power & Light Co.), and 8 years in the Wireless Telecommunications Industries (Bechtel Enterprises & General Dynamics Wireless Services). Mr. Gonzalez is fluent in both Portuguese and Spanish.

Mr. Marohn is currently Senior Vice President - Investments, Portfolio Manager/Financial Consultant, Financial Planning Specialist for Smith Barney and has been employed by them since 1982. He is also co-owner of Premier Broadcasters with radio stations in Olympia and Centralia , WA . He previously worked as a Branch Manager/Loan Officer for the US Small Business Administration from 1974-1982 in 14 US locations and Saipan . He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from the University of Washington . He possesses Securities, Commodity, Interest Rate (Debt Options), Foreign Currency, and Insurance licenses. Mr. Marohn is Past President of the Lacey Rotary Club and current Treasurer of the Thurston County Chamber of Commerce.

Ms. Rogers has 28 years experience in Financing and Accounting, lived and worked in Latin America . Clare Marohn Strategic Resource Manager

Ms. Clare Marohn has varied experience in retail sales (Joseph Magnin,Co.),engineering (San Juan Engineering), and in the Disaster
Relief Management Field (U.S. Gov't. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development). She has a Bachelor of Arts from Western Washington
University with a concentration in research, and has designed studies for profit and nonprofit organizations. In 1995 she received the Rotary International Club's Honorary Paul Harris Fellowship for volunteer work in two Washington school districts.
